» Office of a web marketing company situated in one of the busiest and noisiest streets of New Delhi.
This one was tough - total available area was 900 sq. ft. and work station for 16 people had to be created along with the pantry and washrooms. Moreover, provision for two senior manager cabins were to be made who needed privacy and a conference room was a must.
‘Don’t make it claustrophobic’ was the brief.
Keeping the house colours in mind, I used a combination of red and grey liberally. Long glass doors were added to give the illusion of space. To break the monotony of the two colours I used a bit of steel as well. A small place for the big boss to tee as well - that is how he refreshes himself!!!!
A small partition kind of a structure was created to segregate the juniors from the seniors. To add some extra warmth the floor was covered with carpet tiles. To sum it all up the reaction of the staff was ‘it feels like home’!
